HR Specialist at MediCarrier

Your main tasks

As an HR specialist, you will primarily work as managerial support for some of MediCarrier's 20 managers. You contribute to the company's ability to handle employer issues professionally and credibly together with your colleague in the HR department. You report to the HR manager.

An important area of work is systematic work environment management in close collaboration with the managers. The HR department both initiates and supports the managers in these matters. Furthermore, salary formation and skills supply are part of your responsibilities.

In the role, there is some work with the salary system in collaboration with the payroll office, upcoming BI systems, and Stratsys, which are also used for, e.g., work environment reporting and statistics.

Furthermore, you will work extensively with promoting and preventive measures in the work environment as well as rehabilitation issues in close collaboration with occupational health care and union cooperation. In 2025, a special focus will be made on the rehabilitation process with external support.

Who are you?

For this role, we are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree, preferably in HR or behavioral science. You have several years of experience working as an HR specialist and with managerial support. You have experience working independently with SAM, recruitment/staffing, rehabilitation and closures, statistics and salary formation, as well as skills supply and development issues. For this role, you also need experience with MBL and LAS. Furthermore, you have a good knowledge of labor law legislation and collective agreements.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with both administrative tasks and strategically. For this role, we prefer that you have a high digital maturity and master the Office suite. You can easily express yourself in writing, e.g., proposals for guidelines, PowerPoint materials, texts for the intranet. It is a plus if you also have experience with procurements according to LOU.

Personal qualities: You are development-oriented, humble, and open. You find it very easy to collaborate and be attentive. At the same time, you have high integrity and personal maturity that makes you confident and stable in this role. You have a good ability to work in a structured, driving manner, take initiatives, and complete tasks with good results. You have good empathic abilities.
